أعاد رحيل المدرب الألماني ماتياس يايسله ترتيب أولويات الإدارة الرياضية في النادي الأهلي، بعدما تحوّل التركيز من استكمال تدعيم الفريق في سوق الانتقالات إلى البحث عن مدير فني جديد يقود المشروع الرياضي خلال المرحلة القادمة، في توقيت بالغ الحساسية قبل انطلاق الموسم الجديد.

وكانت الإدارة الرياضية تعمل خلال الأسابيع الماضية على إنهاء ملفي التعاقد مع لاعب محور أجنبي وظهير أيمن محلي، وفق الحاجات الفنية التي حددها يايسله، إلا أن مغادرته المفاجئة فرضت واقعاً جديداً، يتمثل في ضرورة حسم ملف المدرب أولاً، قبل استكمال بقية الصفقات بما يتوافق مع رؤية الجهاز الفني الجديد.

ويواجه الأهلي تحدياً كبيراً، إذ سيصل المدرب الجديد إلى فريق خاض معسكره الإعدادي وفق أفكار فنية مختلفة، وسيحتاج إلى وقت للتعرف على اللاعبين، وتقييم حاجاته الفنية، وإعادة بناء الجوانب التكتيكية، في وقت لا يمنح فيه جدول الموسم مساحة كبيرة للتحضير.

وتزداد أهمية سرعة التعاقد مع المدرب الجديد في ظل الاستحقاقات الكبرى التي تنتظر الفريق، وفي مقدمتها كأس القارات للأندية، ودوري أبطال آسيا للنخبة، ودوري روشن السعودي، وكأس خادم الحرمين الشريفين، وهي بطولات تتطلب جاهزية فنية، واستقراراً مبكراً للحفاظ على تنافسية الفريق.

وتسابق الإدارة الأهلاوية الزمن لإنهاء ملف القيادة الفنية، حتى يتمكن المدرب الجديد من قيادة المرحلة الأخيرة من التحضيرات، والوقوف على حاجات الفريق قبل إغلاق سوق الانتقالات، في خطوة ستكون حاسمة لرسم ملامح الموسم الجديد، بعد أن تحولت الأولوية من التعاقد مع اللاعبين إلى اختيار المدرب القادر على مواصلة المشروع الفني للفريق.

The departure of German coach Matthias Jaissle has reshuffled the priorities of the sports management at Al Ahly Club, as the focus has shifted from completing the reinforcement of the team in the transfer market to searching for a new head coach to lead the sports project during the upcoming phase, at a time that is extremely sensitive before the start of the new season.

The sports management had been working over the past few weeks to finalize the contracts for a foreign defensive midfielder and a local right-back, according to the technical needs identified by Jaissle. However, his sudden departure has imposed a new reality, which is the necessity to resolve the coaching issue first before completing the rest of the signings in line with the vision of the new coaching staff.

Al Ahly faces a significant challenge, as the new coach will arrive to a team that has undergone its training camp with different tactical ideas, and will need time to get to know the players, assess their technical needs, and rebuild the tactical aspects, at a time when the season schedule does not allow for much preparation.

The urgency of quickly signing a new coach increases in light of the major competitions awaiting the team, most notably the Club World Cup, the AFC Champions League, the Roshen Saudi League, and the King’s Cup, all of which require technical readiness and early stability to maintain the team’s competitiveness.

The Al Ahly management is racing against time to finalize the coaching leadership file, so that the new coach can lead the final phase of preparations and assess the team’s needs before the transfer market closes, in a decisive step to shape the features of the new season, after the priority has shifted from signing players to selecting a coach capable of continuing the team’s technical project.
