رفض المرشح لرئاسة مجلس إدارة الاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم حاتم خيمي، الحديث عن تفاصيل ترشحه وبرنامجه الانتخابي في الوقت الحالي، مؤكداً احترامه للوائح وفترات الدعاية المحددة.

وفي تصريح خاص إلى «عكاظ» رحب خيمي بالصحيفة، وأكد تشرفه بالظهور فيها، لكنه اعتذر عن التعليق على أي أمر يخص الانتخابات حالياً، مبيناً أن هناك فترة رسمية للحديث إعلامياً وإطلاق الحملات الدعائية سيتم الالتزام بها.

وتعد قائمة خيمي من أبرز القوائم التي تقدمت رسمياً لخوض انتخابات الاتحاد المقررة في 30 أغسطس، لما تحمله من تنوع لافت في الخبرات الإدارية والرياضية والأكاديمية.

وضمت القائمة 11 عضواً، يتقدمهم محمد القاسم الرئيس السابق لنادي التعاون، ومحمد الخليفة الرئيس السابق لنادي الخلود، والحسن اليامي اللاعب الدولي السابق.

كما شملت القائمة أسماء أكاديمية بارزة على رأسها البروفيسور فاطمة المؤيد عميد كلية علوم الرياضة بجامعة الأميرة نورة، والبروفيسور محمد القحطاني المتخصص في الحوكمة والتشريع المؤسسي، والدكتور عبدالله النعيم خبير إدارة المخاطر المالية، والدكتور سلطان بن صابر الحربي المتخصص في السياحة والاستضافات.

وضمت القائمة أيضاً المحامي خالد أبوراشد، وعبدالعزيز الرويلي نائب رئيس نادي العروبة سابقاً.

وفيما يخص الخبرات الدولية، استعان خيمي بخبرتين أجنبيتين هما: السويسري جيريمي بيريشا، المتخصص في التسويق والعلاقات الدولية، والمغربي الدكتور حسن خربوش، المتخصص في التطوير الفني وإدارة المنشآت الرياضية، وتم اختيار الإعلامي والخبير الرياضي عادل البطي، أميناً عاماً للقائمة.

ويأتي إعلان القائمة في وقت تشهد فيه انتخابات الاتحاد منافسة قوية بين 5 مرشحين، وسط ملفات كبيرة تنتظر المجلس الجديد، أبرزها إعادة بناء المنتخب والاستعداد لاستضافة كأس آسيا 2027 وكأس العالم 2034.

In a special statement to "Okaz," Khaymi welcomed the newspaper and expressed his honor in appearing in it, but he declined to comment on any matters related to the elections at the moment, indicating that there is an official period for media discussions and launching advertising campaigns that will be adhered to.

Khaymi's list is considered one of the most prominent lists that have officially submitted to participate in the federation elections scheduled for August 30, due to its remarkable diversity in administrative, sports, and academic experiences.

The list includes 11 members, led by Mohammed Al-Qasim, the former president of Al-Taawun Club, Mohammed Al-Khalifa, the former president of Al-Khulood Club, and Hassan Al-Yami, a former international player.

It also includes prominent academic names, headed by Professor Fatima Al-Muayyad, Dean of the College of Sports Sciences at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, Professor Mohammed Al-Qahtani, a specialist in governance and institutional legislation, Dr. Abdullah Al-Na'im, an expert in financial risk management, and Dr. Sultan bin Saber Al-Harbi, a specialist in tourism and hospitality.

The list also includes lawyer Khalid Abu Rashid and Abdulaziz Al-Ruwaili, the former vice president of Al-Orouba Club.

Regarding international experiences, Khaymi has enlisted two foreign experts: Swiss Jeremy Berisha, specializing in marketing and international relations, and Moroccan Dr. Hassan Kharboush, specializing in technical development and sports facility management. Media and sports expert Adel Al-Batti has been appointed as the secretary-general of the list.

The announcement of the list comes at a time when the federation elections are witnessing strong competition among five candidates, amid significant files awaiting the new council, the most notable of which are rebuilding the national team and preparing to host the AFC Asian Cup 2027 and the FIFA World Cup 2034.
