بعد مرور 11 يوماً فقط على تكليف صالح أبو نخاع مديراً تنفيذياً لكرة القدم بنادي ضمك، الذي أعلنه حساب النادي عبر منصة «X»، أعلن الحساب ذاته أيضاً تكليف سلطان مجرشي مديراً تنفيذياً لكرة القدم، وذلك بعد استلام رئيس النادي الجديد مهماته، في الوقت الذي لا يزال فيه عقد أبو نخاع سارياً لمدة عام.

وأثار هذا الإجراء الإداري عدداً من التساؤلات حول آلية التكليف، خصوصاً أنه جمع بين وجود مديرين تنفيذيين للمنصب ذاته، وهو أمر ربما يحدث لأول مرة.

وقال صالح أبو نخاع في حديثه لـ«عكاظ»: «لقد تنازلت مسبقاً عن الظهور في برنامج رياضي، وكذلك عن الترشح للعمل في نادٍ رياضي آخر بمنطقة عسير، قبل توقيعي للعمل مديراً تنفيذياً لكرة القدم في ضمك، إلا أنني تفاجأت كثيراً بتكليف مدير تنفيذي آخر للمنصب ذاته».

وأضاف أبو نخاع: «مما يدعو للاستغراب أنه رغم الديون الكبيرة التي خلفتها الإدارة السابقة، قامت الإدارة الحالية بارتكاب خطأ إداري قد يتسبب في خسارة ما يقارب 2.5 مليون ريال من مبلغ الحوكمة، المقدر بـ10 ملايين ريال في حال تحقيق معاييرها كافة، وذلك بسبب خطأ إداري يتمثل في تكليف مدير تنفيذي آخر غير متفرغ».

وأوضح أبو نخاع أنه تلقى العديد من التساؤلات من جماهير «فارس الجنوب» حول هذا الإجراء، مؤكداً أنه أوضح لهم أنه لا يعلم تفاصيل ما حدث.

من جهته، أكد رئيس مجلس إدارة نادي ضمك شاكر بن عوير، في حديثه لـ«عكاظ»، أن نادي ضمك للجميع، مشدداً على أن العمل القادم سيكون متقدماً ومتطوراً ومختلفاً في جميع ألعاب النادي، ويحتاج إلى وقفة جادة، وجماهير محفزة، وروح واحدة.

وأضاف بن عوير أن إعادة الفريق الأول لكرة القدم، على وجه الخصوص، إلى مصاف أندية دوري روشن ستكون تحدياً وهدفاً رئيسياً نصب أعين الإدارة، مؤكداً أن «فارس الجنوب» لا يرضى إلا بأن يكون بين أندية الكبار.

Just 11 days after appointing Saleh Abu Nakha as the Executive Director of Football at Damak Club, which was announced by the club's account on the "X" platform, the same account also announced the appointment of Sultan Majrashi as the Executive Director of Football, following the new club president taking on his responsibilities, while Abu Nakha's contract is still valid for another year.

This administrative action raised several questions about the mechanism of the appointment, especially since it involved having two executive directors for the same position, which may be happening for the first time.

Saleh Abu Nakha said in an interview with "Okaz": "I had previously waived my appearance on a sports program, as well as my candidacy to work at another sports club in the Asir region, before signing to work as the Executive Director of Football at Damak, but I was very surprised by the appointment of another executive director for the same position."

Abu Nakha added: "It is surprising that despite the large debts left by the previous administration, the current administration has committed an administrative error that could lead to a loss of approximately 2.5 million riyals from the governance amount, estimated at 10 million riyals if all its criteria are met, due to an administrative mistake represented by appointing another non-full-time executive director."

Abu Nakha explained that he received many questions from the fans of "Faris Al-Janoub" regarding this action, confirming that he clarified to them that he does not know the details of what happened.

For his part, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Damak Club, Shakir bin Awair, confirmed in his talk to "Okaz" that Damak Club is for everyone, emphasizing that the upcoming work will be advanced, developed, and different in all the club's sports, and it needs serious support, motivating fans, and a united spirit.

Bin Awair added that restoring the first football team, in particular, to the ranks of the Roshan League clubs will be a challenge and a primary goal for the administration, affirming that "Faris Al-Janoub" will not settle for anything less than being among the big clubs.
