ناشد المدافع الإسباني السابق جوان كابديفلا الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب، بالتدخل للسماح له بدخول الولايات المتحدة لحضور نهائي كأس العالم 2026 بين إسبانيا والأرجنتين، المقرر اليوم (الأحد)، بعد رفض طلب تصريح سفره الإلكتروني.
حلم النهائي مهدد بالضياع
وكتب كابديفلا عبر حسابه على منصة «إكس»: «الرئيس دونالد ترمب، أحتاج إلى مساعدتك، أخبروني للتو أنني لا أستطيع السفر لحضور المباراة النهائية مع أطفالي، لأن تصريح السفر الإلكتروني الخاص بي قد رُفض». وأضاف بطل مونديال 2010: «هل من أحد يستطيع مساعدتي في هذا الأمر؟ لا تتخيلون مدى حماسي للتواجد هناك مع جميع زملائي في منتخب 2010 لمؤازرة المنتخب الإسباني». وختم رسالته قائلاً: «لا أصدق أنهم يمنعونني من دخول الولايات المتحدة، وأنني سأفوت لحظة كهذه مع أطفالي الذين يعشقون كرة القدم، إذا كان لدى أي شخص حل لهذه المشكلة، فسأكون ممتناً له مدى الحياة».
حلم الأرجنتين يصطدم بطموح إسبانيا
ويسعى منتخب الأرجنتين، حامل لقب النسخة الماضية من كأس العالم وبطل أمريكا الجنوبية، إلى تحقيق لقبه الرابع، بعدما توج بالبطولة أعوام 1978 و1986 و2022، فيما يطمح منتخب إسبانيا، حامل لقب بطولة أوروبا، إلى إحراز لقبه العالمي الثاني، بعد تتويجه الأول عام 2010.

Capdevila wrote on his account on the platform "X": "President Donald Trump, I need your help, they just told me that I cannot travel to attend the final match with my children because my electronic travel authorization has been denied." The 2010 World Cup champion added: "Is there anyone who can help me with this? You can't imagine how excited I am to be there with all my teammates from the 2010 team to support the Spanish national team." He concluded his message by saying: "I can't believe they are preventing me from entering the United States, and that I will miss a moment like this with my children who love football. If anyone has a solution to this problem, I would be grateful to them for life."
