أعلنت لجنة انتخابات مجلس إدارة الاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم، اليوم (السبت)، القوائم الأولية المترشحة لرئاسة وعضوية مجلس إدارة الاتحاد للدورة الانتخابية السادسة (2026-2030)، بعد انتهاء مرحلة فحص وتدقيق ملفات المترشحين، إذ اعتمدت قائمة بدر بن سليمان الرزيزاء، فيما قررت استبعاد خمس قوائم أخرى لعدم استيفائها الشروط المنصوص عليها. وأكدت اللجنة أن قائمة الرزيزاء هي الوحيدة التي اجتازت مرحلة الفحص الأولي.

وضمت قائمة الرزيزاء المعتمدة لؤي هشام مشعبي مرشحاً لمنصب نائب الرئيس، إلى جانب فهد عدنان عبدالرحمن المنصور، وسلمان عبدالله خالد السديري، وثامر عبدالله السعدون، وعمر عبدالرحمن علي الجريسي، ونيكولاس آرثر كاورد، وجيرارد ريتشارد رودي مرشحين لعضوية مجلس الإدارة.

وفي المقابل، قررت لجنة الانتخابات استبعاد قوائم شاكر بن سعود بن إبراهيم العصيمي، وخالد بن أحمد بن علي الغامدي، وأحمد بن حامد بن جابر الوادعي، وفهد بن عبدالعزيز بن محمد العقيلي، وحاتم بن عبدالحميد بن عبدالعزيز خيمي، بعد أن أظهر فحص الملفات عدم استيفاء بعض المرشحين في كل قائمة للشروط النظامية، وهو ما ترتب عليه استبعاد القائمة كاملة.

وبحسب قرارات اللجنة المنشورة، فإن قائمة شاكر العصيمي شهدت عدم استيفاء جميع المرشحين فيها للشروط، سواء مرشح الرئاسة أو نائب الرئيس أو أعضاء مجلس الإدارة، فيما جاءت حالات عدم الاستيفاء في القوائم الأخرى محددة في مرشحين بعينهم، إلا أنها أثرت على سلامة القائمة الانتخابية ككل.

وفي قائمة خالد الغامدي، أظهرت نتائج الفحص عدم استيفاء الغامدي، المرشح للرئاسة، للشروط، إلى جانب عدم استيفاء سعود بن حسين بن مهدي السبيعي المرشح لمنصب نائب الرئيس، فيما اجتاز بقية المرشحين الظاهرين في القائمة مرحلة الفحص.

أما قائمة أحمد الوادعي، فقد جاء عدم الاستيفاء متعلقاً بمرشح الرئاسة أحمد بن حامد بن جابر الوادعي، بينما حصل بقية أعضاء قائمته على قرار «مقبول»، ما أدى في النهاية إلى استبعاد القائمة لعدم اكتمال شروطها النظامية.

وفي قائمة فهد العقيلي، سجلت اللجنة عدم استيفاء مرشح الرئاسة فهد بن عبدالعزيز بن محمد العقيلي للشروط، إضافة إلى فهدة بنت خالد الشنيفي المرشحة لمنصب نائب الرئيس، فيما جاءت قرارات بقية أعضاء القائمة بالقبول.

كما استُبعدت قائمة حاتم خيمي بعد عدم استيفاء خيمي، مرشح الرئاسة، للشروط، إضافة إلى الدكتور سلطان بن صابر الحربي المرشح لمنصب نائب الرئيس، في حين اجتاز بقية أعضاء القائمة الفحص.

وتشير اللجنة في قرارات «غير مستوفٍ» إلى الأحكام النظامية المنظمة لشروط الترشح، وفي مقدمتها الفقرة (4) من المادة (26)، والفقرة (2) من المادة (33) من النظام الأساسي للاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم، والمادة (13) من لائحة الانتخابات، وهي المواد المرتبطة بشروط الترشح لمنصب الرئيس ونائب الرئيس وأعضاء مجلس الإدارة. وسبق أن استندت لجنة الانتخابات إلى المواد ذاتها عند فحص ملفات انتخابات الدورة السابقة.

وبذلك تبقى قائمة بدر الرزيزاء القائمة الأولية الوحيدة المعتمدة في سباق رئاسة الاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم، قبل استكمال بقية مراحل العملية الانتخابية، وما يرتبط بها من فترات الطعون والتظلمات، وصولاً إلى إعلان القوائم النهائية وإجراء الانتخابات خلال الجمعية العمومية غير العادية المقررة في 30 أغسطس الجاري.

The Saudi Football Federation's Board of Directors Election Committee announced today (Saturday) the preliminary lists of candidates for the presidency and membership of the federation's board for the sixth electoral cycle (2026-2030), after completing the examination and verification phase of the candidates' files. The committee approved the list of Badr bin Suleiman Al-Raziza, while it decided to exclude five other lists for failing to meet the stipulated conditions. The committee confirmed that Al-Raziza's list is the only one that passed the initial examination phase.

The approved list of Al-Raziza includes Louay Hisham Mushaybi as a candidate for the position of Vice President, along with Fahd Adnan Abdulrahman Al-Mansour, Salman Abdullah Khalid Al-Sudairi, Thamer Abdullah Al-Saadoun, Omar Abdulrahman Ali Al-Juraisi, Nicholas Arthur Coward, and Gerard Richard Rudi as candidates for board membership.

On the other hand, the election committee decided to exclude the lists of Shakir bin Saud bin Ibrahim Al-Asimi, Khalid bin Ahmed bin Ali Al-Ghamdi, Ahmed bin Hamid bin Jaber Al-Wad'i, Fahd bin Abdulaziz bin Muhammad Al-Aqeeli, and Hatem bin Abdulhamid bin Abdulaziz Khaimi, after the examination of the files showed that some candidates in each list did not meet the legal requirements, which led to the complete exclusion of the list.

According to the committee's published decisions, Shakir Al-Asimi's list witnessed all candidates failing to meet the requirements, whether the presidential candidate, the vice-presidential candidate, or the board members, while the cases of non-compliance in the other lists were specific to certain candidates, but they affected the integrity of the electoral list as a whole.

In Khalid Al-Ghamdi's list, the examination results showed that Al-Ghamdi, the presidential candidate, did not meet the requirements, along with Saud bin Hussein bin Mahdi Al-Subaie, the candidate for the vice-presidency, while the other candidates listed in the list passed the examination phase.

As for Ahmed Al-Wad'i's list, the non-compliance was related to the presidential candidate Ahmed bin Hamid bin Jaber Al-Wad'i, while the other members of his list received a "accepted" decision, which ultimately led to the exclusion of the list for not fulfilling its legal requirements.

In Fahd Al-Aqeeli's list, the committee recorded the non-compliance of the presidential candidate Fahd bin Abdulaziz bin Muhammad Al-Aqeeli with the requirements, in addition to Fahda bint Khalid Al-Shunaifi, the candidate for the vice-presidency, while the decisions for the other members of the list were accepted.

The list of Hatem Khaimi was also excluded after Khaimi, the presidential candidate, did not meet the requirements, in addition to Dr. Sultan bin Saber Al-Harbi, the candidate for the vice-presidency, while the other members of the list passed the examination.

The committee refers in its "non-compliant" decisions to the regulatory provisions governing the conditions for candidacy, primarily paragraph (4) of Article (26), and paragraph (2) of Article (33) of the Saudi Football Federation's bylaws, as well as Article (13) of the election regulations, which are the articles related to the conditions for candidacy for the positions of president, vice president, and board members. The election committee had previously relied on the same articles when examining the files for the previous electoral cycle.

Thus, Badr Al-Raziza's list remains the only approved preliminary list in the race for the presidency of the Saudi Football Federation, before completing the remaining stages of the electoral process, including the periods for appeals and grievances, leading to the announcement of the final lists and the conduct of elections during the extraordinary general assembly scheduled for August 30.
