أكد الرئيس التنفيذي لنادي الخليج علي آل محسن أن ناديه واصل تحقيق مستهدفاته الإدارية والرياضية خلال الموسم الماضي رغم كل التحديات المالية، مشيراً إلى أن الإيرادات التجارية سجلت نمواً بنسبة 88% مقارنة بالموسم السابق وهو ما يعكس زيادة ثقة الشركاء والرعاة بالنادي.

وأوضح آل محسن في منشور عبر منصة إكس، أن الخليج نجح في الحصول على شهادات الكفاءة المالية الصادرة من وزارة الرياضة ورابطة الدوري السعودي للمحترفين والاتحاد السعودي لكرة اليد، إلى جانب المحافظة على الرخصتين المحلية والآسيوية للموسم الثاني على التوالي.

وأشار آل محسن إلى أن الفريق الأول لكرة القدم ضمن البقاء في دوري روشن السعودي للموسم الرابع على التوالي، فيما واصل فريق كرة اليد هيمنته على البطولات المحلية، وعزز حضوره القاري ببلوغه نهائي البطولة الآسيوية للمرة الثالثة على التوالي، إلى جانب تحقيق الألعاب المختلفة رقماً تاريخياً في عدد النقاط ضمن إستراتيجية دعم الأندية.

وأضاف أن النادي حقق تقدماً إدارياً بالارتقاء في تصنيف الحوكمة من الفئة (ج) إلى الفئة (ب) لأول مرة، إلى جانب مواصلة الاستثمار في تطوير البنية التحتية وتحقيق مستهدفات الحضور الجماهيري.

واختتم آل محسن بتوجيه الشكر لرئيس وأعضاء مجلس الإدارة، والإدارة التنفيذية، وجميع منسوبي النادي الحاليين والسابقين، مؤكداً أن ما تحقق من إنجازات جاء ثمرة العمل بروح الفريق الواحد والإخلاص في خدمة نادي الخليج، معرباً في الوقت نفسه عن تطلعه لمواصلة مسيرة النجاح خلال المرحلة القادمة.

The CEO of Al-Khaleej Club, Ali Al-Mohsen, confirmed that his club continued to achieve its administrative and sports objectives during the past season despite all financial challenges, noting that commercial revenues recorded an 88% growth compared to the previous season, which reflects an increase in the confidence of partners and sponsors in the club.

Al-Mohsen explained in a post on the X platform that Al-Khaleej successfully obtained financial efficiency certificates issued by the Ministry of Sports, the Saudi Professional League, and the Saudi Handball Federation, in addition to maintaining both the local and Asian licenses for the second consecutive season.

Al-Mohsen pointed out that the first football team secured its place in the Roshan Saudi League for the fourth consecutive season, while the handball team continued its dominance in local championships and strengthened its continental presence by reaching the Asian Championship final for the third consecutive time, along with achieving various sports a historic number of points within the club support strategy.

He added that the club made administrative progress by moving up in the governance classification from category (C) to category (B) for the first time, in addition to continuing to invest in developing infrastructure and achieving audience attendance targets.

Al-Mohsen concluded by thanking the chairman and members of the board of directors, the executive management, and all current and former club staff, emphasizing that the achievements made were the result of working in a spirit of teamwork and dedication to serving Al-Khaleej Club, while also expressing his hope to continue the path of success in the upcoming phase.
