علمت مصادر «عكاظ» أن إدارة النادي الأهلي أنهت التعاقد مع المهندس غيث الشريف للإشراف على فريق الكرة الطائرة لمدة موسم رياضي، في خطوة تستهدف إعادة الفريق إلى منصات التتويج، ضمن خطة النادي لتطوير الألعاب المختلفة وتعزيز حضورها في المنافسات المحلية.

ويمتلك الشريف تجربة إدارية ناجحة داخل النادي، إذ سبق أن تولى الإشراف على الألعاب المختلفة، وحقق خلال تلك الفترة نجاحات لافتة، كان أبرزها قيادة فريق الكرة الطائرة لتحقيق ثلاثة ألقاب، إلى جانب الإسهام في تطوير منظومة الألعاب ورفع مستوى التنافسية.

وجاءت عودة الشريف للإشراف على فريق الطائرة انطلاقاً من الثقة بخبراته الإدارية ومعرفته بمتطلبات اللعبة، إذ تعول إدارة الأهلي على خبرته في بناء فريق قادر على المنافسة واستعادة البطولات، بعد القرار الأخير باستمرار الألعاب المختلفة بالنادي ودعمها خلال المرحلة القادمة.

ومن المنتظر أن يبدأ الشريف مهماته خلال الأيام القادمة، بالتنسيق مع الأجهزة الفنية والإدارية، لوضع خطة إعداد شاملة للموسم الجديد، تشمل تعزيز الجوانب الفنية والإدارية، بما يحقق تطلعات جماهير الأهلي في رؤية فريق الكرة الطائرة يعود إلى منصات الذهب من جديد.

Sources informed "Okaz" that the management of Al-Ahli Club has finalized the contract with Engineer Ghaith Al-Sharif to supervise the volleyball team for one sports season, in a move aimed at bringing the team back to the podiums, as part of the club's plan to develop various sports and enhance their presence in local competitions.

Al-Sharif has a successful administrative experience within the club, having previously supervised various sports and achieved notable successes during that period, the most prominent of which was leading the volleyball team to win three titles, in addition to contributing to the development of the sports system and raising the level of competitiveness.

Al-Sharif's return to oversee the volleyball team comes from the trust in his administrative experience and his knowledge of the game's requirements, as the Al-Ahli management relies on his expertise in building a team capable of competing and regaining championships, following the recent decision to continue supporting various sports at the club during the upcoming phase.

Al-Sharif is expected to start his duties in the coming days, in coordination with the technical and administrative staff, to develop a comprehensive preparation plan for the new season, which includes enhancing the technical and administrative aspects, in order to meet the aspirations of Al-Ahli fans to see the volleyball team return to the podiums of gold once again.
